I offer plenty of technical guidance and love sharing how these disciplines each build confidence, strength, freedom, steadiness and resilience in their own way. I will encourage you to explore this in your practice, to see what complements your lifestyle and any other physical pursuits and to find and keep what works for you. My yoga classes are dynamic and flowing, set in context with seasonal themes and/or aspects of yogic philosophy. You'll be invited to experiment, play and enquire, whatever your level of experience on the mat or energy state when you reach it. Acroyoga, TKD and 'Animal Flow' sessions have a strong focus on technique, skills development and mobility to support power and fluidity in your practice, while also finding the fun.

I was first drawn to yoga for its physical challenge and to complement running, martial arts training and a desk job as a lawyer. I got all of that, and also found headspace and freedom to explore and play.
Teaching martial arts since 2005 and yoga since 2016, I've completed teacher trainings in power, vinyasa, mandala, rocket, SPACE & FLOW, qi gong and yin yoga and hold a 5th degree black belt in taekwon-do. I love the unique and subtle balance of strength, grace and freedom that yoga and martial arts each cultivate in both body and mind.
